Add nightly-kind information for the binaries

We should state somewhere that the binaries to download contain the latest version of the GUI + some patches added to fix bugs (but without any other change). We can follow the "nightly" thing of Pytorch. Maybe a sentence above the links and put in the page where previous versions of the GUI are available the latest version without the patches too.
