Partner logos

It seems that the size of partners adjusts based on the number of partners in each level: https://eurobioc2026.bioconductor.org/pages/partners.html

Currently, it does not do any harm so this is not urgent, but it would be better if the sizes of logos are somewhat equal. For instance, if there were 3 Diamond partners and one Bronze, the Bronze logo would be much bigger than Diamond logos.
