[Bug]: Vee-validate validation messages are not translated

Expected Behavior

The required field should show 'The field is required' in the selected language.

Actual Behavior

As exemple, a required field will show 'The field is required' in every language

Possible Solution

Globally configure vee-validate by overriding defaultMessage function
