Restore template row duplication when HTName is not unique

Steps:
1 Create a template, and make two of the HTNames identical, but from different sources
2 Save template
3 Close program (not clear this is necessary)
4 Restore template.
Result:
The rows with identical names will be duplicated (goes from two to four entries).

Duplicate rows do not appear on the "Use Template" tab.

Error code in terminal:
QSortFilterProxyModel: invalid inserted rows reported by source model

When attempting to remove the duplicate rows, both entries disappear.

Hmmm - the duplication does not happen if the user makes the HTNames the same. Only if the original source provides the same HTName

Example:
Load an ANG with two phases.
From the Phase lists, select "Material Name" from both phases.
Save/Restore will duplicate. Removing one entry removes that entry, and its duplicate.

Counter example:
Load an ang
Change "x-star" to "X"
Change "y-star" to "X"
Save/restore
This will not duplicate. Removing on only removes that entry, not both.

Duplication occurs even if the original field is not included in the restored template.
Steps:
Create a template using ang with two phases
Remove all phase info from the template
Save
Restore
Add any of the sub-fields within the phase list (e.g. Formula, or Material Name) and it will be duplicately added.

Only seeing this behavior on restored templates.
