Pushing dev into master?

Since your script doesnt work on phpbb3.3.x and your dev version is... It's maybe time to push your dev into master don't you think? Or i'm missing something? Anyhow, your 3.1.3-dev seems to work fine on php3.3.x.

And updating the readme doc to update the phpbb version allowed.
