Add utility for audio delay detection

When on site for the performance, there should be a way to quickly try out different sequence delays to synchronize with the specific sound system used for the show.

Requirements:

• One-click transfer of a simple blinking sequence
• Input of sequence delay d
• Button to test delay. Starts playing metronome and after delay d it starts the sequence on the club.
• Should make it easy to transfer the delay to the export dialog without thinking too hard about the correct sign (I think it should usually be negative in the export dialog?).

Potential alternative (have to test if accurate enough): Skip the transfer to club entirely and just display the blinking on the screen.
