Do you currently track "when" a pokestop is lured? So you can see a histogram of when it "usually" is lured?

Basically, it would be nice to know across your area when pokestops are usually lured.

If I have to choose where to eat or hang out. I will choose a place with a pokestop. And of all the places with pokestops, I would like to go to where they usually are lured during the time I will be hanging out.
