Authentication Scopes table may not be up to date

I have seen the authentication scopes table listed in here:
http://docs.valence.desire2learn.com/http-scopestable.html

But I saw many APIs permission scopes did not get listed in. For example, demographics API.

I also wonder if I can get the permission for service user account somewhere for using the APIs.
