popout loading main page instead of stream

The refresh and popout buttons will work the first time however after being used popout will load the main
page instead of the stream

steps:
load the site
press popout stream - everything fine
close the popout
press refresh to get the stream back on the site - everything fine
press popout again - now the popout will load the main page

Reference #35 for where fix will go. Will inject stream URL into the popoutStream() function, and have Refresh Stream be Javascript to fetch latest URL and update injections.
