Self hosting landing text & improvements.

If feels very weird see the following text when doing self hosting:

You have a 30-day free trial (no credit card required), and at the end, you can pay €40 / year, or €4 / month, no limits.

I would assume that when self hosting that is not the case.
Then it would be an idea to have an environment variable that disable that text.

On that same page, I think the following is not put in emphasis enough.

Note that logging in will take up a few seconds. This is intentional, in order to generate a safer assymetric encryption key. After logging in, the app should be blazing fast in any device.

I really like the project and think that there is quite a lot of potential. That being said, I think the followings can be improved:

• For example billing and pricing pages should be hidable (via .env), when doing self hosting, they just provide noise.
• the FAQ once, you have seen it once is just taking empty place, it would make more sense to have an external FAQ page (and make it also hidable).

In order to attract contributors, it might also be an idea to add the badges of what tech is used to build the app. I noticed Deno. I am familiar with Vue, but I have no clue how that front-end work at first glance (JSX?).

Thanks @ildyria ! Those are good points. It was just easier for me as it has been so far. I'd accept a PR with an ENV var like HIDE_BIZ_STUFF that hides some pages/texts in the app that don't make sense for something deployed elsewhere than https://budgetzen.net.

As for the badges, I'm not a fan of too many badges, especially ones that don't mean a lot. The repo has the relevant tags already, and that's enough to find stuff. Also, as is explained in the first few sentences of the repo, it has no framework. It's powered by Deno in the backend, but there's no Vue/JSX/React/Fresh anything. It serves HTML and TS (which is transpiled to JS real-time, like SCSS to CSS) to the browser.

As for that registration, I'm not familiar with it and don't have a great opinion of such "certifications", if that makes sense, and I appreciate the suggestion!
