Install guide update for eUnit indexed repository location

I think the location of the repository of eUnit should be:
bryanhunt.github.com/eUnit/releases/2.0.0/bundles/index.xml.gz

instead of:
http://bryanhunt.github.com/eUnit/releases/2.0.0/bundle/index.xml.gz
(This link does not work)
