chore: Include maintained fork in various package managers

Hi,

currently only the homebrew package has been updated to incorporate this fork. However, aws-vault is available in a lot of package managers, which are still pointing to the abandoned repository, e.g. Arch Linux, Nix, etc.

It would be great if we could make the maintained fork available outside of homebrew.

For nix there is already an open issue regarding this: NixOS/nixpkgs#454530 (and a PR: NixOS/nixpkgs#454705)

Thanks for opening tracking issue. I agree and it'd be grate to see those get updated! Feel free to update those package managers and we can keep README up to date with the changes.

hi @mbevc1, yes it will take a bit of time to trickle from the master branch to the unstable channel. For the stable channel we will either have to wait for the next stable release (every 6 months, although I believe the next one is around the corner) or do a backport PR. For the latter I am not sure whether the criteria are met.
