A way for finding when TOs/Bans happened with context

I was thinking of having it so clicking the words Timeout and Ban in the chat logs will display just that person's Timeouts and Bans respectively and when clicking on those you get context just like how the current chat logs work on the site. This will help prevent some confusion on when a TO happened and if it should really be relevant for the next one.
