Collate apps

Consider collating and listing apps from our group somewhere that is accessible and easily searched.

That's a good resource listing the repos. But I meant apps. For example, I just put up a GitHub page with a Shinylive app. I don't know how I might search for other CDC shiny (or other kind of) web apps.

How can you tell if something is an “app?”

Having a web-based user interface. Boris, who answered my ticket request and created the repo for me asked me to create this issue. Sorry If I don't have the lingo right. Please find some examples below. Took me a while to find those. Would be useful to me, and perhaps others, to be able to see similar work, "pages" and "apps", from their colleagues.

Maybe have “apps” add a particular topic/keyword and then update the portal with a specific filter just to show that topic.

Otherwise, you can always make a list of apps and show them manually, but then you have to keep
