According to the commit log, the example in-network-rates files have been updated to the 2.0.0 spec, however, the version listed in the files still reflects version 1.0.0. I just wanted to check that we should expect the version of in network rates files to reflect 2.0.0 once file publishes are taking advantage of the new spec:
