This PR implements a default resource loading for CogniCryptDOC. After the jar is built by maven it contains the files from src/main/ressources. These files allow an easier usage of CogniCryptDOC as these files can be used to run the generation process. Now only the reportPath has to be specified to the CLI. The previous loading of resources with absolute paths is still possible.
Furthermore, is the path handling optimized.
