Problem Description

Please improve the Readme and instructions/template, as it is not very obvious for users planning to add BB's that this repo focusses on Open Source BB's.
If there is no Open source implementation available at the moment, either because there are only commercial ones right now or not anything at all, then create the BB in the WorkInProgress part.
