API  Key?

How do I get an API key and secret for the config.json?  https://github.com/CSSE497/ChimneySwap/blob/master/config.json

Based on https://github.com/CSSE497/pathfinder/wiki/Authentication-and-Authorization I think it's in the application section but I can't find it.
