Hi,

For general planar graphs, is it possible to provide an option that restricts the maximum degree? I see that plantri allows such a setting for triangulations, but I haven’t found a corresponding option for general planar graphs.

For example, I would like to generate all 3-connected planar graphs with 19 vertices and 37 edges, but with maximum degree constrained to 4, and every face is a 3-face or a 4-face.
