Disable cachy-update on unticking the checkbox

At the moment it stays on. Would be good to improve it that cachy-update stops on unchecking the checkbox.

As an aside. There are 2 ways that this can be installed now. During calamares and manually through this app. So it will be either --global or --user

In my opinion, Calamares should enable it using --user for the newly created user during installation.
That way, Cachy Hello wouldn’t need any changes.
It would also prevent it from running automatically for every user.
For example, on my setup I have two users, one without sudo rights. That user can’t perform updates anyway, so the update checker would just sit there showing notifications that they can’t act on.

Hello, when a fresh installation of CachyOS is setup, it will install cachy-update and enable it with --global by default.

If you have a pre-existing CachyOS install, cachy-hello behaves as expected and will enable/disable it as --user and add/remove the xdg entry

On a fresh installation, since it is enabled with --global, the tick in cachy-hello will not actually disable it. I propose a change to cachy-hello for it to run the following, in addition to removing the xdg startup entry when you untick the box.

sudo systemctl --global disable arch-update-tray.service
sudo systemctl --global disable arch-update.timer

It also might be useful to add a popup that says The Cachy Update icon will no longer appear on the panel at system startup when you disable it, or hint to the user how to close it, as this wont end the process. Additionally, --now cannot be used with --global for systemctl, so cachyos would have to find/kill the process itself if you want to automate that.
