When running topoicsim in latest R 3.6 and devel Bioconductor -> coercion error #9
Description
When running topoicsim with latest R, some parts of the code (probably dependencies) throw the following error;
Failed with error: ‘cannot coerce type 'closure' to vector of type 'character'’
It however does not seem to affect the results.
