Onboarding flow #1
Description
- Say hello and greet on the "general" channel of Slack
- Add the person on the "dev-team" and "action-in-github" channels of Slack
- Get that person on GitHub.
- Mention the person and send the message with the link to the onboarding document

I’m in charge of development and before I ask you to do tasks, I want you to read this very carefully. It’s an onboard document about how to communicate and develop etc. If you have any questions or wanna have a meeting, please feel free to let me know.
Once you check it, I’ll give you a task and explain. So let me know then.
Since our goal is to get the development of the smart contract done by the 27th of this month, it would be greatly appreciated and highly encouraged if you could reply back to me as soon as possible. This project is a team effort so in order to make sure we all do our best, we need to communicate with each other as best as possible. Thank you:grin:
