Mismatch in oemMixME and estMixME #3
Description
If oemMixME is configured to supply uncertain stock catch and survey observations (with catch timings set to -1) and estMixME is set to perfect observations, MixME falls over. This is because oemMixME will truncate stock to ay-1 but estMixME expects ay. So disable catch timings (with a warning message) if perfect observations are requested.
