Error correcting channels in 3D dataset

Hello,

I am using Windows 10 with updated version of FIJI 1.54f. Trying to align four channels of a 3D dataset. Here is my setup:

and the error:

I can share the images if that would help troubleshoot. All the images are of the same dimensions (17x9969x9487)

Hi @smith6jt-cop , thanks for your report and I sincerely apologize for the delay. Have you already managed to solve your issue?

I would be happy try if I can reproduce your error with your images to pinpoint where the issue is. I suspect that your datasets are most likely very large in size. You could try to use the RAM saving mode (tick box in the UI).
