Discharge battery to grid

Hi,

I've installed the integration for SMILE5-INV and it is successfully updating the inverter via the API. However the battery does not discharge. Is there anything else that is need other than this?

Did you only want the discharge to happen for 30 minutes? Whatever your intention you should see the discharge settings update in the AlphaESS app and website. We can’t make the inverter discharge, all we can do is update the settings online and the inverter will have to pick those up and act on them. In your AlphaESS app, within settings > charging/discharge settings, are the charge batteries from grid and battery discharge time control enabled? Should look like the image below
