Have a parameter to turn off the SmartPricing execution #12
Description
Right now we have a smartpricing execution approach to limit orders. Based on the approach that option alpha has here: https://optionalpha.com/help/smartpricing
Add a new parameter to turn that off in case its not needed and make it the default.
