Need to inform users of the plugin with how to install BackstopJS

Currently, there are no clear instructions on how to setup BackstopJS and use it with this plugin.

## Possible Implementation
- Adding instruction on the admin page of the plugin might be useful.
- Also, I think updating the readme with instructions would help.
