failed to bind port

It's saying "successfully screened" but then "failed to bind port" and it closes.
For the hostname im using my vps IP Address and for the cnc port im using my vps port

I tried using different ports none worked and i tried a lot of different combinations but none work

for the host name use 0.0.0.0 if ur running it on your vps
