Create settings view to ensure a table/column pair can be selected for retreiving twitter info automatically

Requirements

• Add ability to add multiple twitter columns across multiple tables (e.g., Table 1: twitter, Table 2: company_twitter)
• Utilize synced fields
• Utilize globalConfig variables
