[FEATURE] Reserving games

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
It would be great to be able to reserve games on the website. A database will be required.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A button to reserve a game with an account. Privileged users (granted by administrator) can see who reserved it. Everyone can see if a game is reserved.
