Support for EAN-14, EAN-128, and ITF-14 barcodes

First of all, thank you for maintaining this great library! 🔥

I'm currently working on a project that requires generating a few specific barcode symbologies, and I was wondering if BarCodeKit currently supports or has plans to support the following:

• EAN-14
• EAN-128
• ITF-14

From what I’ve seen in the source code and documentation:

• BCKInterleaved2of5Code seems to be the closest match for ITF-14/EAN-14, but it doesn’t include bearer bars or validation specific to GTIN-14.
• EAN-128 appears to be absent.
