Sending <doc>xml</doc>?

Dear folks,

I'm struggling to get my request working. Other requests are working just fine, but when i need to pass a XML doc, I couldn't figure it out.

Here is the Endpoint and the Description
https://energieausweis.dibt.de/sandbox/WebServiceEnergieausweis/DibtEnergieAusweisService.asmx?WSDL
https://energieausweis.dibt.de/sandbox/WebServiceEnergieausweis/DibtEnergieAusweisService.asmx?op=Datenregistratur

I've validated the $xmlCode, and the code is valid.

My actual code is:

$sandboxLink = "https://energieausweis.dibt.de/sandbox/WebServiceEnergieausweis/DibtEnergieAusweisService.asmx?WSDL";
$response = Soap::baseWsdl($sandboxLink)
	->call('Datenregistratur', $xmlCode);
