Adding custom params with attributes

Hi guys, first time trying to build an application that connects to a WSM SOAP API.

So I have some XML examples gives that require me to send the following XML:

<WSM::GetRequest>
   <AccessKey>AABBCCDDFFEEGGHH</AccessKey>
   <ProductID>TCAS</ProductID>
   <PlanID>TRANSACTION-ID </PlanID>
   <Scope>RESPONSE</Scope>
   <Parameters>
       <Param id=”TransactionID”>A33AF31483</Param>
   </Parameters>
</WSM::GetRequest>

I'm able to do the basic stuff like AccessKey and ProductID but how do I create a Parameters key with Param that has an ID with value. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
