site.tagline vs subtitle #81

Obscure thought that might be worth thinking about at some point:
Sometimes site.tagline is used as a subtitle and sometimes as a mini-description that sets the collection context--which semantically seem different uses, which might be better treated differently in the markup. I have seen a few collections where the tagline is an essential subtitle where the title doesn't entirely make sense without--in these cases it seems like that subtitle should be used in various places along with site.title.
