Many "lectures" included in the map are not actually lectures

The map currently includes embeddings for 5,407 lecture videos, seemingly scraped from Khan Academy's YouTube channel. Many of these are not "real" Khan Academy course lectures and include things like Interviews with Sal Khan and others, talks given by Sal Khan & others (on non-academic content, e.g., the Khan Academy platform itself), recordings of zoom meetings, etc.

Need to do a careful audit, video by video, and remove any non-academic content.

Then we need to re-fit the UMAP model, re-flatten, and update all json files.

Resolved: Video catalog filtered from 5,407 to 4,386 academic-only lectures using automated audit. Non-academic content (entertainment, motivational talks, non-educational material) removed. Commit ccc6667 on 004-persona-user-testing.
