Chosen sampling strategy resets after 1 question

If you change the question-sampling strategy from the default ("Auto (best next question)") to any of the other options ("Ask me an easy question", "Hardest I can answer", "Something I don't know"), it reverts to the default after one question

It's also not clear how the different sampling strategies work (or whether they are working). At least for me, they all draw questions from the same small region of the map

This is all the intended behavior-- the only sampling strategy is "auto". The other buttons are really just intended to be one-off presses that affect the immediate next question.

However, it's not clear from the UI that this is the intended behavior. I think we can remove the "auto" button (sampling is always "auto") and update the button text or add other text around the other buttons (and/or the tooltips) to make it clearer what the buttons do.

We also need to document that selecting a new region from the dropdown menu changes the sampling strategy to focus in on that region/domain. This should, at minimum, be in the info modal. There should also be some sort of notification (text added to question bar?) to indicate the current sampling domain.
