Cornice API documentation does not render properly

ie the autoclass / autofunctions in https://github.com/Cornices/cornice/blame/master/docs/source/api.rst are not executed properly.

As the documentation renders locally successfully, it has to be a problem with Read the Docs.

Looking at the many warnings/errors in the build log, it looks like you are building the docs still on Python 2.

This can only be changed in the admin settings of https://readthedocs.org/projects/cornice/
