for projects with a shorter periode, increase the growth speed of crops

A multiplier setting that can be selected while admin mode is active.

The multiplier then increases / decreases the growth time by that about. And the different values for the growth speed multiplier can be configured in the xml of the challenge mode.

Would that be acceptable?
