[Feature Request] Light emitting structures and flowing water moving players

Some features seem to not be implemented/ported from the 1.12.2 version yet
like light emitting structures and flowing water moving players described here:

Light feature has been disconitnued. There is now a light structure as a replacement. Flowing water still works in theory, but seems like the animations do not work and entities also do not get pushed.
