Supress main action bar during dragon riding with only CT_BarMod #204
Description
Issue: Since CT_BottomBar was removed, it is no longer possible to toggle if the main action bar remains hidden during dragon riding.
Expected outcomes:
- CT_BarMod has all of the controls for the main action bar that were formerly in CT_BottomBar
- The action bar should default to being visible during dragon riding
- These options should appear more prominently within the /ctbar settings panel
