Make parsers expose a greater range of presence states #28
Description
At present parsers expose an AwayState enumeration, which consists of here/away/unknown. This works well for IRC but most other protocols have far more sophisticated presence models.
At the very least we probably want 'offline' and 'busy', but it may be nice if parsers could specify presence states themselves
