Replacememt for `jossoSessionId` for tokenized downloads?

With the switch to tokenized login, the jossoSessionId as used in session_details doesn't seem to be supported any more. Need to figure out if there is a replacement.

The session_details function is also how I was getting username for the multipart upload. For now, I'll just include it as a required input in the initialization function, but maybe there's a better way to get it?
