Client/Ticket80/Proper running of the script

When a solution is chosen, and the user decides to run the script nothing happens.

This happens because there is no piping implemented. The task is to fix it.

Be aware that in some scenarios, mostly the interactive ones, the piping might be not obvious. Check the commands that color the output (for example ipython).
