Add Cypress support for Angular/Vue/React

We have to check first check if the Cypress dependencies is not yes installed. 
If not, we will install it, and init the folder structure. 

For Angular, if we detect Protractor tests (the basic file created when bootstrapping the project), we should delete this folder and the configuration file.
