Cannot display texts in other encodings #1
Description
If there's a device whose name is in Chinese or any other language or encoding, the name will be displayed as "?". For example:

Audio Device 1: Realtek Digital Output (Realtek High Definition Audio)
Audio Device 2: Realtek Digital Output(Optical) (Realtek High Definition Audio)
Audio Device 3: SMBX2231-4 (NVIDIA High Definition Audio)
Audio Device 4: ??? (SteelSeries SC2 USB Headset)
