Aspell suggestions aren't cleared if weetweet is loaded

Slackware 64 bit
Python 3.6.6
WeeChat 2.3-dev (git: v2.2-17-g6140aac57) [compiled on Aug 5 2018 21:00:21]
Weetweet from a git pull of today

Problem:

If aspell is set to show suggestions then they aren't cleared from the status bar if weetweet is loaded.

This seems to be connected with the hook_modifier input_text_display. If the hook isn't defined then aspell seems to work normally.

Have you tried changing the hook priority to see if it helps with this?

It looks like it works using a priority of 10.
