Issue Description
The sequence of tips resets to the beginning frequently. After experimentation, the primary cause of this seems to be viewing your inventory for about 5 seconds or more (time may vary in certain circumstances). This occurs whether you open your inventory directly or through interacting with a tile entity like a chest or furnace or crafting table. It occurs regardless of whether JEI is installed or not.
