MONGODB Usage

if mongodb is used, would you not need to separate app.py to load in data in mongo first, than start app using mongodb. However as data is simple and limited, you may just load it all the time you start it up? E.g. i see df and story_db is this both used.

Original plan was to load it all the time when we start up the program. However, this may be contributing to the error we're experiencing where the newly transcribed data is not showing up when we visit the search tool. Would like to discuss this issue as a group.
