email server is not accepting emails; unable to request slack channel invite

I sent an email to team [at] datafordemocracy.org from a gmail account to request an invite to the slack channel. Gmail marked the email as undeliverable with the following error:

I am having this same issue. I requested access to the slack channel in early December and again yesterday (Jan 6). Both times, I received the same error message.

Same issue, and I get a 500 server error when I use the website's contact us form https://datafordemocracy.org/contact-us
