What and why?
Following up on the patch from #247, we can now get input sourcemaps from unplugin and pass it in for instrumentation. This will unblock us for using privacy plugin with rspack, which currently suffering from broken sourcemaps because the chaining is missing.
How?
Get the input sourcemaps from context handler and pass it in as a string parameter for instrumentation.
